Our landlords’ legal expenses insurance can optionally include rent guarantee cover. This ensures we provide holistic cover, further controlling costs, much the same as a commercial combined policy which covers multiple risks under a single policy. (Our rent guarantee is unfortunately not available standalone outside of a legal expenses policy.)
